Sometimes you need to take a mental health day. We tend to let our thoughts get the best of us at times. We go down those rabbit holes that our mind makes for us leading to those unpleasant cycles we let ourselves get into. Take some time to take a mental break. Find something like a hobby that makes you feel good or find a really good guided meditation that helps relaxes the mind. Your brain will love you for this!
