Painful relationships are very heard to deal with. Living with chronic pain makes it even harder. We don’t go looking for these kind of relationships. Sometimes it’s the ones that is close to us that causes the most pain. Or its the relationships that we think we need to make things better that does the opposite.
There is nothing wrong with us we just think that we know what’s best at times. When we don’t. I will admit that this was a very hard lesson. Being in a relationship that causes you added pain and stress is not healthy. This will make you sick. I found that your body can only take so much before the real pain starts.
Painful relationships can be hard to get away from. I went through this myself. I will tell you it is not good making your body go into dis-ease. These kinds of relationships are not worth it.
Relationships should be supportive and mutual. Find like minded individuals to be around. Things do get so much better when you move out painful relationships from your life. It can be done even if it does not feel that way. You do what is best for you. Something that we all do very little of.
