What does friendship mean to you? I know that for some friends and being social is very important. My son was like this when he was in high school. The people was the only reason he went. Some get that ray of sunshine and some don’t. So it is up to the person on how much value they put into having friends.

They say that a true friend is hard to come by. I totally agree 100%. To have a friend, a real friend is something very special. Value them for you never know what tomorrow will bring. Friendship is a two way street. There should be this beautiful balance within a true friendship.

Some choose not have any friends. There can be so many reasons for this. You can chose to have others in your life for many reasons. Friendship is a choice. I am blessed enough to have a few friends that are truly there for me. I do value them very much.

What I am not a fan of is those who are your friend when it is convenient for them. Or when they want the latest scoop on the drama. Then there are the ones that if you are not right in front of them they don’t reach out. Out of site out of mind until you pop up social media or someone mentions you.
