Sometimes we are our own worst enemy. We let our thoughts get the better of us and this can cause us pain. It’s the runaway thought syndrome. Recognizing this is the first step in healing the hurt that we tend to cause ourselves. You are not the only one that does this. This has been a theme of mine for many years. This is a part of our growth and what make us who we are.
